ABOUT THE SEMINAR:
The International Seminar on “Strategic Geopolitics and Security Issues,” aims
to provide a platform for global discourse on the challenges and opportunities
in geopolitics and security. The event will bring together esteemed academics,
policymakers, and students to deliberate on pressing issues like Indo-Pacific
regional security and strategic policymaking. Key sessions include inaugural
addresses, a keynote lecture by Prof. Paolo von Schirach, and discussions on
topics such as Indo – Pacific: Challenges and Opportunities, making it pivotal
event for fostering understanding and collaboration in global strategic studies.

SEMINAR OBJECTIVES:

The seminar is designed to achieve several critical objectives:

• To foster dialogue on emerging geopolitical and
  security issues with a focus on the Indo-Pacific region.
• Encouraging academic contributions and critical thinking on regional security
  and policy frameworks.

Introduction about ADYPU-GPI Collaboration by Dr. Nishakant Ojha
Dr. Nishakant Ojha, a renowned global expert, is celebrated for his profound
insights into national security and counterterrorism, particularly within the
complex and volatile landscapes of West Asia and the Middle East.
He will brief about the importance of collaboration between ADYPU
GPI for creating a dynamic ecosystem for global strategic studies.

Special Address by the President, Dr Ajeenkya D Y Patil
Insights on emphasizing the university’s role in fostering global discussions
on geopolitical and security challenges.
