On Dec. 11, 2018, the Global Policy Institute (“GPI”) invited attorneys from Hughes Hubbard & Reed LL.P’s D.C. office for a panel entitled “Trends in International Anti-Corruption Enforcement.” Benjamin Britz, Jonathan Zygielbaum, and Calvin Liu were the panelists, and Rayhan Asat moderated the panel. The panel shared their experiences working in the field of anti-corruption and international investigations. They also discussed the relevance of anti-corruption law and enforcement frameworks, effective anti-corruption policy measures, and public policy impacts.
Audience was very much engaged in the discussion and raised interesting questions for the panelists.
