Richard Tracy

Richard Tracy is a management professional with over 30 years of experience, including strong technical expertise in enterprise development and economic strengthening for the poor. He is exceptionally skilled in educational program design and implementation, business development services delivery, agrobusiness development and micro lending.

In his career Richard has developed strategies for critical investments in emerging markets, implemented international cold chain and agricultural business training projects worldwide as well as advised governments and donor organizations to aid in the design of community development projects. Richard has also worked on development programs in Brazil, Bolivia, China, Colombia, Georgia, India, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Kyrgyzstan, Mexico, Pakistan, Peru, Russia, South Africa, Togo, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and Zambia.

Richard has a master’s degree in development studies from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and a master’s in business education from the University of Southern New Hampshire.
