Janice Tagoe is a multifaceted data analytics and technology professional with a distinguished career across various industries, including education, government, non-profits, and technology. She holds a Master of Science in Big Data Analytics and an MBA in Management Information Systems.
Janice currently serves as a Business Intelligence Coordinator/Analyst at Bay Atlantic University and the Global Policy Institute in Washington, D.C., where she leverages her extensive experience in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence to support strategic decision-making. Prior to this, she worked as a Social Media Data Analyst for a legal tech firm in Washington, D.C.
Her career includes serving as the Operations Data Analyst for The Climate Reality Project, a prominent non-profit organization founded by former Vice President Al Gore. In addition, she was the Head of Technology and Innovation at the Ghana Library Authority, an agency under the Ministry of Education in Ghana, where she spearheaded digital transformation initiatives, managed software development projects, and led a team of engineers and technicians to modernize the nation’s library system.
In Germany, Janice held the position of Software Quality Assurance Manager and Agile Coach for an insurance technology company, where she managed the Quality Assurance team.
