Malkah Nobigrot Kleinman

Ms. Malkah Nobigrot is a Mexican lawyer and journalist with expertise in project management, leadership, and strategic communication. She holds a law degree from the Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City, a Diploma in Project Management from Georgetown University, and a Master´s degree from Harvard Law School, where she was awarded a full merit-based scholarship and was invited as a Visiting Researcher.

In 2023 she established Synergies Creator, a consultancy firm specializing in managing business development, strategic communication, conflict and crisis management, and institutional and regulatory design projects, while also delivering media and executive coaching. She has held various positions in the private sector and has worked at both the federal and local levels of the Mexican Government. Her experience includes positions at the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Ministry of Labor. She also clerked for the Chief Justice of the Mexican Supreme Court. In addition, she was appointed as the International Relations Coordinator and Adviser to the Mexico City Minister of Economic Development.

She was accepted into the prestigious Young Professional Program at the Inter-American Development Bank (IADB), where she served as an Operations Specialist, a Junior Advisor to the President at the headquarters in Washington, D.C., and as an Advisor to the Special Representative in the Bank's Office in Paris, France.

She has worked as an anchor, content producer, and international political analyst at prominent TV and radio stations in Mexico and the United States – including her participation as an invited international analyst during the 2024 US Presidential Elections at the Univision Chicago network.

In 2023, she was appointed by the Mexican Government as the private sector representative at the G20 Empower conferences held in India. In 2024, she was chosen by Santander Group as one of 50 women from 12 countries to participate in the SW50 Leadership Program, imparted by the London School of Economics and Political Science, designed to enhance the transformational leadership skills of women in top senior management positions.

Ms. Nobigrot is a member of the Mexican Legion of Honor, the Mexican National Academy of History, the Ibero-American Institute of Public Policies for Latin America, the Center on the Development of Social Projects, the Mexican Council of Foreign Affairs, the Bicentennial Mexican Society of Geography and Statistics, and is a Distinguished Dame of the Most Illustrious Order of St Patrick.
