Mark Farr brings over 30 years of experience in international dialogue and conflict transformation to his current role with the Global Peace Foundation, overseeing global youth leadership and peacebuilding programs in around 20 countries. He is Vice President and a Founding Board Member of the John Lewis Institute for Peace. Until 2022, Mark was president of the Sustained Dialogue Institute on Capitol Hill, involved in both international diplomatic and domestic dialogue. Prior to that, he was President & CEO of the Faith and Politics Institute and a Senior Director at The Points of Light Foundation. Ordained in 1987, Mark is also an Episcopal priest, a qualified Systemic Psychotherapist, and a keen painter and musician, currently residing in Silver Spring, Maryland.
